Our phone system was badly affected by our previous internet/phone provider, being Commander’s inability to sort out the issues effecting our audio quality and phone dropouts over the last 3 years. Moving the phone system to the iCloud was the solution that allowed us to get back to normal with some new additional features and benefits. There is an initial outlay to move over to this new system, but it is most defiantly worth it in the end, and you will also likely reduce some existing hardware that all helps in running your business more reliably long-term.
