I like to give “Voice Technologies” a 6-star rating from 5, as not only did I get a professional service, and product that I am still very happy with after 6 months, but I believe it saved our business, by getting us out of trouble that we were in since NBN came along. Our phone system was badly affected by our previous internet/phone provider, being Commander’s inability to sort out the issues effecting our audio quality and phone dropouts over the last 3 years. Moving the phone system to the iCloud was the solution that allowed us to get back to normal with some new additional features and benefits. I can most defiantly, highly recommend” Voice Technologies” to all business of any size or with special requirements that may be needed. There is an initial outlay to move over to this new system, but it is most defiantly worth it in the end, and you will also likely reduce some existing hardware that all helps in running your business more reliably long-term. I now firmly believe that the iCloud is the future for all business phone systems and Voice Technologies are already there to make that leap happen now.

Brad and the team at Voice Technologies were professional, prompt, pro-active and knowledgeable, I believe many potential risks were eliminated due to Brads extensive knowledge and skills in the arena of VOIP technology and dealing with telecommunication providers. These guys have quickly become one of my favourite contractors to work with. Appreciate all the hard work and courtesy that was extended to us.
