THE SITUATION
Peter from Macarthur Vet was after a new phone system for their 4 sites which allowed them to seamlessly see active users at all 4 sites from one location. They were planning on setting up a call centre from their main location to manage all calls for all sites so they could better service their customers at the front instead of answering calls.

THE SOLUTION
As Macarthur Vet had already invested in Ericsson LG deskphones it made sense for them to move to a hosted LG solution. They were able to reuse all their desk phones which not only saved $ but it was an easy transition as staff not have to learn a new system. The LG cloud system is very easy for them to manage users and call flow as they can login via a web browser and manage their hunt groups on their own.
